I have recently moved here so far Nikki and Linda have been such great help in making me feel at home! The kids love the huge park just across the street such a bonus to have!!

I have lived here about a year now. The property manager, Nikki Jones is very kind and professional as well as the maintenance staff. Any maintenance issues i have had (maybe 1 or 2 minor) have always been dealt with and resolved in a timely manner. The property is well kept and maintained on a regular basis. My son and I also enjoy the park and the ducks right across the street. We are happy to call Villas at Parkside our home.

Phenomenal management and great place. Nikki has been stellar in helping me get into my apartment. Nice place, next to a huge beautiful park. Happy to call it home.

Awesome place to live, the manager Nicky is very kind and helpful. All maintaince taken care with dignity and timely manner. I really enjoy living in this wonderful apartments.

I just visited my sister who moved in a few days ago and the area is beautiful. The manager was really nice and informative! I would recommend these apartments.
