As the former Leasing Agent at Villas at Parkside, Nikki is the best, she has helped me improve on aspect of my Skills. I highly recommend employment here. She is also very great with all her Residents as the Onsite Manager.

Awesome place to live, I'm so pleased with my apartment, the manager Nicki is amazing, great neighbors, very clean, and quiet place to live, I couldn't be more happy 😀 I am updating my review because our new office manager Monica is amazing, she goes above and beyond for her residents, and our maintenance guy Daniel is awesome, keeps property looking great,and if something needs fixed, it gets done right away.

Villas Park apartments is a great place to stay at. Nikki Jones the manager is very helpful made me and my family feel welcomed after months of looking for places to call home as well as takes our opinion and our situation into mind and as well as takes action right away when a problem occurs. I have been living here for a couple months now and am very content at Villas. The amazing staff is always so friendly and helpful with any questions or requests i may have. Nikki the manager is very helpful and shows a genuine interest in the tenants. Linda her assistant is very sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure she can help you. Alan, the maintenance man is very nice and willing to help with any troubles you may have. Overall it is a great place to live with really nice people managing and helping you. I am very happy here and hope to live here for a long time!😊👍
